Service really best with most experience doctors. Staffs really behave kindly and politely with every one. I have taken appointments for my son eye number check. Really it was good experience I have and doctors explained me each and every thing that I need to take care for my son. Hospital atmosphere was really really good and awesome. You never fill like you’re seating in hospital Recommend it.

The staff at Occura is the reason why patients return to this hospital. The customer service and attentiveness if the staff members right from the entrance of the hospital all the way to the nurses, cleaners is just amazing! We have visited here for regular check ups and recently had my mother's cataract surgery done successfully here. Definitely recommend this place for an excellent service and treatment!

Doesn’t feel like a typical hospital; gives a resort like feeling with a long wheel chair access, sprawling sofas and wing chairs in waiting areas, soothing waterfalls (artificial) inside, unlimited and free tea/ coffee/ water, a cute cafeteria and a small handicrafts store (although I did not understand the logic of this store inside) Staff very polite and cooperative, doctors well knowledgeable and explains each and every aspect of your problem in detail. Not very heavy on the pocket as well.
