Palak Eye Clinic

I called Palak Eye Clinic today because I have a lot of eye problems. I told them about my problem, but the appointment staff was so rude. They told me on the call that all appointments are full today, and I should come tomorrow. But my file says that appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. How can this be? If someone is in pain, would you talk to them so rudely? Whoever is handling this Google account, I request you to teach your appointment staff how to talk. And to anyone who is seeing this review, I would tell you to go to a better eye clinic very bed experience 👎🏻

They provide authentic guidance what to do and treat very beautiful. Dr. Brijesh patel is very helpful and generous. They treated like family. The support staff is very kind and guide softly. They have the best highly technological machines so that we get the accurate result so that we can rectify the disease. And the place is very hygiene and natural environment. I would suggest everyone to go there if you have any eye related problem.

I went to Palak hospital after changing 4-5 doctors for my mother.. I am really grateful that I went there.. Dr Brijesh is one of the best Ophthalmologist I have ever met.

Very irresponsible and unprofessional! My mother had a cataract surgery here and had a lense placed in her eye. Complexity started a week after the surgery when she got to have swelling below and near the operated eye. We consulted back to the doctor and he replied it has nothing to do with the surgery he had done. As the swelling continued, we went to our family doctor who examined and diagnosed that the swelling was because of unacceptance of lense by patient's body. He gave few medicines and it cured to a certain extent. We understand that issues can happen but instead of accepting it and curing it, this doctor left the patient to suffer, which is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Come on, You are taking a lot of money from patient, they trust you, they respect you like God and in reward you are leaving them to suffer. Please be careful before visiting this hospital! Not recommend at all!
