Retina Foundation (Dr Nagpal)

I believe that The Retina Foundation center is one of the oldest centers in Ahmedabad and Or Gujarat/India. I believe that this center is also with top research oriented physicians and surgeons. I found that this center has also all required instruments and a team to manage all kinds of treatment for the eye. I also feel that i had two visits on 6 Jan 25 and 27 Jan2025. More of less it was organized and my consultantation was competed on the time. I would recommend visiting it if you are in the need for any eye treatment.

It's Most famous and talented Eyes surgeon Dr.Nagpal s hospital in Ahmedabad near Shahi Baugh underbridge Ahmedabad Infrastructure is old but we'll maintained Staff is very patient friendly Sitting arrangement is good Building is old , so it has lacking modern infrastructure Some what congestive space IT enabled management Now about technology, they're using latest instruments , Docters are efficient and Best Dr.Manish and Dr.shital is best Honest and practical , Examination is done very smoothly Report and Counseling is done Very softy Now cost is somewhat higher than others Eye surgeon

1 Some of the support staff were rude and not co-operative 2 Did not get satisfaction after eye check up. Exorbitant amount was charged for tests, and no report copies were given in spite of requesting. I was given a CD and it is known to all that almost all the laptops and desktops these days comes without CD drive. Then how do I see the report or get it checked up at other hospital in case of relocation. Means you have to shell out the money once again for tests. 3. No proper prescription was given which could be referred to at a later date. 4. Not satisfied with the consultancy and future course of treatment advised. Some of the advises given for treatment seems, premature & not required. 5. The charges for tests and procedures are highly exorbitant when compared to other parts of the country. 6. Overall, it has not a good experience

The hospital's staff is the worst and extremely rude , specially on reception. They are not polite with patients.
