I came here with all the apprehensions that normally a patient has while asked to go to OT. But was surprised by the amazing staff behaviour making mine and attendent's stay most pleasant. Nice neat rooms and galleries, most pleasant nursing ,medical, administrative staff along with the disciplined support staff working in coordination with clock like precision. A young Medico Dr Jaydeep won our hearts by providing his personal heater to add to the warmth for us. OT staff offered me music of my choice and operation was done with most humming the songs. Operation got over in an hour. Administration was highly responsive and ensured discharge without any drag on, so common in some other hospitals. Highly recommend hospital for all those needing homely but qualitative care Thank you Shelby and all its staff including of catering for this marvellous experience.
