I went for an eye checkup, and the doctor examined my eyes and asked me to collect the report from the receptionist. The receptionist handed me the report and simply told me that I could leave without explaining its contents or what the next steps should be. When I asked the doctor, he just said to "check the report." This is so frustrating! If I already knew what the report meant and what steps to take next, why would I need to visit the hospital and pay the fees?
