I visited SRG eye hospital for my regular eye checkup, my experience is very good here. The waiting time was also not too long every process was so smooth and fast I didn't faced any kind of inconvenience here. Everybody in staff are also good and helpful. They explained me every drops and medicines very carefully and with patience. I had a great experience here.

I recently underwent a cataract operation for my parents at your hospital, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks and share my feedback. From the initial consultation to the day of surgery and the post-operative care, the entire process was handled with great professionalism and compassion. The medical staff, including the surgeon, nurses, and administrative team, were courteous, informative, and reassuring throughout. The procedure itself was smooth and well-explained, which helped ease my anxiety. I especially appreciated how the team took the time to address my questions and ensure I understood the aftercare instructions.

A very strong USP is excellent staff - efficient and courteous. This starts right from security guard to accounting team. Timely reminders, very good explanation after operations on what needs to be taken care of and complete mediclaim file easing the claim process. Good cleanliness at hospital premises. I went to SRG Eye Hospital for a routine eye check-up, and I have to say that, the OPD service was so smooth! Right from the time I entered, the staff walked me through the process, and I didn't have to wait for long. The doctor was so patient, he explained me everything in detail, and he also offered me excellent tips on eye health. It's not common to find such efficiency in a hospital. I Highly recommend for regular check-ups!
