Excellent customer service and staff. Collection is the best ever I have ever seen. All staff members are very gentle and polite. Also eyetesting was done so professionally by MR.Waleed ansari. Thank you Team Shivranjai for exceptional customer service.

No one should visit this store. They prescribed wrong number and while asking for correction, they said to come up with doctor's prescription to change glasses. They blurred so much abt lenskart as our previous spects made at lenskart. Finally their numbers were wrong and lenskart numbers and doctor's number were correct. We have to face so many difficulties for doing things correctly and faced very bad experience.

Good service and good staff. Service is owssm. So many brands are available hear. Many and different types of design available.

Staff is very humble and helping nature is so fine The all have so nice helping nature They suggest you the best for you.

Used to be good at one time, but now the quality of service and products have fallen significantly. The staff has no idea what they are talking about and no interest in resolving. All they have to say is that the customer can call up the customer care if not satisfied.

As I had ordered 3 specs few days back at that time sales person were very nice took all the money in advance now due to there mistake power of lenses are different and neither they are ready to give credit not nor refund and they use dirty language not ready to file the complaint. The boy there Dev and other Muslim chap abused you so it's pathetic. I am going to consumer court against them Never ever visit this store. They are fraud.
