Such a poor service. Staff doesn't seem to have any kind of manners. Such a disrespectful behaviour. Blood collection section have inexperienced person so it does effected us very badly. Will never recommend anyone.

Very nice facility available hear. I have been hear for madical health checkup.for verious test. I had a amazing experience well trained staff . Neicely designed laboratory, good settings arrangement at hear for waiting. All staff member💉👩‍🔬 are well executed and well co-ordinate with the customer. Firsty, they will give you a form to fill up (also provide a guide), guide Supportive member, good behaviour, The premises ⚗️ is very clean and well managed quite lined up. They also provided with good breakfast. 📍One suggestion: Please, show your laboratory board 🪧 on Service Road for easy access.

Poor customer Service. I was asked to wait for getting the original report for which which the soft copy was shared two days before. Hitesh was the person in the reception

Its one of the finest health groups I have seen to be honest one of the best defiantly in this situation its not fully operations during business hours but still has the support which can give you your answers easily. Want yo visit the office surely you can although the website is just working fine would suggest to go over there as well

This is our second time visit for the full body checkup and overall it was a great experience. Staff is beyond helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The process for body checkup was quite quick and transparent. Overall environment was friendly and supportive. We highly recommend Shraddha and Sonali who constantly been with us and kept in touch during the entire checkup. 😊

While the facilities seem good, there is a "LOT OF WAITING" because technicians haven't arrived and also because they take more clients than they can process in a given period of time. Besides there's no Fair system of managing the people who are in waiting. Clients who just came-in are taken first "by mistake" than others who have been sitting for hours.. Also very untrained staff, for example... We were made to wait for more than half an hour for a diet consultation by their staff , and then we were told by the honest consultant that there's no point to do the session in absence of reports. This happened with others too. So absolutely inexperienced staff wasting time of clients. We're now waiting for more than an hour for a 1 minute Xray ... And I guess there around 9 more tests yet to be done If you want to waste your time, most welcome here

We have come here with our group for health checkup and here service and management was very good. Staff members was very helpful.
