Worst experience ever kindly teach your staff how to behave with patients very rudely the receptionist talked to my father.....we are coming to your hospital to share our queries and how we are suffering our problems not coming to see your attitude....... Actually my father asked the receptionist to from where we have to buy a medicines bcz we visited 1st time there she answered very rudely to my father in Gujarati ubha raho kv chu n bcz she was busy to talking with another girl she never replied wait for 2 minutes again she started talking with the same girl my father again asked ma'am plz at least tell me from where I have to purchase medicines she replied dav chu n .......I don't think so answered was relevant her age was younger than my father she must have to replied politely bcz my father 's age is 57 so....kindly teach them well respect to the elders.....

Excellent facility, Neat and Clean, Good Housekeeping. Sudarshan Netralay follows all the covid-19 protocol for safety, they also give mask and hand gloves to every patients. Pleasing and helpful Reception. Spacious and comfortable for elders. All the staff and Dr. were very friendly, professional and quick to help! As well as Dr. explained everything to me in a very clear manner about aftercare and medicine. I highly recommend everyone who are looking for an eye specialist.

Staff is too good, They give proper information and give minimum 30 to 60 minute every patient for proper treatment. Their charge is minimum. Value of money, time and eye.

Staff is very arrogant and very old minded. I don't understand why shorts are not allowed even one of the highest education getter are getting to seat in the hospital. Quite disgusted.

Treatment and facilities are good and quick... And also all type of safety about COVID 19 .. like it... All staff are good.
