What a worst experience.. Hopeless franchise store … I have taken rimless progressive lens specs few months back with warranty guarantee card which is also payable …within a few (2)months it has broken .. when I went to store they people are helpless …staff is like slave or helpless puppets or puppies. Nothing to be done by themselves instead of putting up my complaint and providing solutions they offer me another trap of buy one get one offer of 20000 rupees.. already same amount specs are broken within use of two months instead of providing new frame in warranty… they people told that it can not be replaced or repaired at all… you have to buy new one with ripped off charges .. they do a loot in a big conspiracy way.. bullshit people, when I tweeted the same to peyush Bansal.. (IITand IIM my produce this type of cheater only.,, who cheat in a sophisticated way that person feels proud to be cheated….) from my official Handel then their big bullshit apologies answer is ready.. god cursed them all.. if at all there is zero star I gave them that .. the new Gen z who have no value of money.. trapped easily in their marketing gimmicks who never knew maths at all.. Beware of such a fraudulent company and store… they used duplicate and cheap materials from chaina and charge heavily and fradulantely.. almost all good reviews are from first timer and paid one .. they show their true colours only after first purchase when you go for service and repair..

Lenskart offers a good range of frames & sunglasses for adults as well as children — colour wise, shape wise, material wise, price wise. The salespersons are VERY helpful and are quick to figure out your face shape and selection choice. We’ve purchased frames several times and have been very happy each time. Thank you!

Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Price I purchased my glasses from LensKart and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The frame feels cheap and flimsy, definitely not worth the money I paid. On top of that, the staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers at all. For such a well-known brand, I expected much better service and product quality.
