Narayan Multispeciality Hospital

Staff is good by nature and helping to patient but the doctor is Robber. Hi.., I wanted to share one real story which happened to me yesterday, 2nd April-25. One of Hospital in bharuch "NARAYAN HOSPITAL" near to Tulsidham controlled by Charitable Trust of Shri Narayan. I reached that hospital for treatment a small cut injury on the above lip of my son (4.5 years old) and Dr. Basu Mishra was going to attend the cut injury according to their shift duty. I reached the hospital around 7:30 pm and the doctor arrived around 7:55 pm, he started to take care of the OPD patient first & then he moved to the dressing room for a change of dressing and at last attended to my son for stitches. After completion of medical treatment he himself mentioned the charges for three stitches is 2500/-(file charges is extra) means one stitch is more than 800/- rupees. I have asked one time to Dr. why it is so..... He replied "Etna to Lagta hai" I was silently paid because treatment was done after that no more discussion needed to be done on payment conditions. I wanted to be drawn the attention of our healthcare system for day care treatment. While the hospital was controlled by one of the very good Charitable Trusts apart from that Dr. is also senseless to revert.

The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I felt well taken care of myself. Doctor and their staff cares like close relatives. They spend time as much as possible for patients. mediacies price price is too high at there own medical store. but they tack back medicines if we are not using.

Well maintained hospital in all section - Cleaning facilities and duration to clean time to time is best . Doctors explain proper procedures and also about treatment is v good My mother orthopaedic problems treated nicely. Also Ganglion cyst in my mother’s hand treated nicely Best doctors and best treatment . I was visited 2nd time this hospital. Both time feel excellent work from doctors and its treatment. Hospital management is excellent. So its reason i was came from surat to this hospital.

I had a grate experience with this hospital and with Doctor and with the staff , of their helpfull and good behaviour with patient's and their relatives. specially in emergency department dr Nirav jani had good sound of knowledge and give good treatment. thank you

Not good behaviour from staff.When my uncle had to go to the bathroom, she came back after 20 minutes, so what does that mean, then my uncle had to measure his fever, but even if I told him, it was an hour. So it is correct behaviour? Please watch this and I request to hospital management for not face anthor pasent so keep do it work. overall cleaning is very good 👍 but this problem is very hard for me so keep do it work properly. Thank you .

All the facility was very good. The doctor and staff was very helpful . Overall the experience was very nice.
