Very poor experience not buying from this store.very poor quality spectacle.staff behaviour very bad .Rudly talk with customers after sale.do not give service.i have purchased spectacle for my son after that frame frequently loose .i have complained about it but did not give service.only good behaviour when you buy new spectacle.

By having trust on the brand, i haven't clicked a photo of frame at the time of order at the store. Believe what!! My frame got changed when I went to pickup my glasses from what I had ordered.
Well at first I faced some hiccups in claiming my warranty. But my case was handled pretty nicely. Got my frame replaced. The store manager also informed me about quarterly service which one can avail free of cost. In a nutshell would recommend anyone if you want to go with the brand name. Good work keep it up. Looking forward to more purchases.

I visited the store last Sunday with my daughter for her spectacles fitting.The lady at the reception was super helpful and did the job well. Even though there were a few customers in waiting ,she attended all of them efficiently and with a smile. My job was done perfectly, would definitely recommend Titan Eye plus bharuch!
