clean, classy outlet prime location but first floor makes it difficult for elderly and differently abled people. quite large, specifically divided display section like male, female, kids special separate cubicle for computerized power check, which is free as specs company are not so famous to compare or to b aware of rates but found a little expensive like the presence, display and the automatic billing/discount system. little more detailing like glass repairing, contact lenses, neck bands, latest options is required but overall good experience. i got progressive powered glasses within 3 days. timings are 9am to 8.30pm online and card payments accepted

They are cheeter. They have monopoly to buy power glass. If you buy two glasses then they will give discount. If you are buy single glass then they are not given discount and they will charge whole amount. Due to some eye number changed 1 month ago ordered 2 pairs of frames and glasses. But due to power change I requested to change one side glass but they're charge original amount. Executive are not professional and very rude. I would not recommend to go with mall type shop. Instead go with local shop at least they're listening our issue and resolve but high level shop only show their rules.

Disgusting service you can ever have. They don't know how to work with your delicate frames. They damaged my frame and also spoke unacceptable words about me. After wasting my time, they are not giving my frame back even for temporary basic, which i need so much that my numbers are around 6 and 7 each eye.
