The Lenskart store in Sector 16, Gandhinagar, is a great spot for buying glasses, especially with a Gold Membership that includes in-store eye tests. The staff is friendly and the selection is impressive. However, my recent experience had a hiccup: the in-store eye test provided an incorrect prescription, differing from my original doctor's. Fortunately, Lenskart's customer service was excellent, and I was able to exchange the glasses without any issues. Despite this setback, the store remains a convenient and reliable option for eyewear, but I recommend double-checking your prescription.😌
