Soham Eye Hospital & Phaco Centre

Hello every one . We are really disappointed with doctor and staff .few weeks ago we need to take emergency appointment for my grand mother and they are not ready to give appointment coz as per there point of view they ate too busy so we need take my grand mother to another hospital . Today me and my father visited there clinic and staff was too rude . We discuss about our previous experience to doctor, thaught he don't know about it but he explained that what he can do in that case . Hello asked us that "should I check my regular clients or shoud I check this emergency cases " ."some doctors sending patients without any problems . So I don't take emergency cases if you want to come here for check up just take appointment and you can come ". It's priority to check emergency cases .he can't deny to any patients to check . I think he is doctor although he has no sense how to talk to patient. We paid him to checkup .we were not there to check our eyes free of cost . And he was talking about appointments.thats fake thing . He gave appointment to us around 11.00 a m , just one patient was there and we need to wait for 11.45 . So what is the meaning of an appointment.it is just marketing strategy for soham hospital. I never recommend this soham hospital to any one for future and I will never visit his hospital again . Hello is just intrested in operation and checking numbers . I gave 1 star to give review otherwise I will give a big 0 .

Dr. Rajesh Prajapati is the best eye surgeon. He is very dedicated, supportive and noble. He is soft spoken and treats the patients with utmost care. My parents and my wife have found the ultimate relief after surgery of cataracts. Hats off to him .

Dr. Prajapati is so genuine always with his diagnosis and treatment. For many times he have not even charged me like today when I went with my 5 year old as he was suggested an eye check up. He said everything is okay and I am not charging anything. Today was a day after diwali day, and he was getting late, but still he did check up and also he knew I am from abroad still he did not charge anything. I have always found him very nice but today I couldn't stop myself to pen this down. Thank you sir!

Talking about some patients review who act like they have "emergencies" which are so naïve like eye redness, wet eye etc. and they expect to be taken care of above all other patients waiting in the queue. The doctor and the staff is excellent in handling such situations and doing what is right than fawning such patients over others.

For the emergency, you need to have appointment, appointment can be given after 24 hrs. I have seen first clinic which does not take patient on demand. The worst ever clinic I have ever seen. Telly caller gave me reference of Tej Eye Center that is in sector 7 and forced me to go there instead of Soham.

Doctor is excellent no doubt. Plz take some measures for kids if possible.. I called up for two days on landline but couldn't talk so had to go elsewhere.
