One of the worst hospital management I have ever witnessed. They always insist to be at the hospital with patient for an appointment no matter what condition the patient is going through. They denies to book an appointment on phone that is fine but when you visit the hospital physically to book an appointment OBO patient then also they will not book the appointment. Just for an eye check up you have to wait for 2-3 hours.
