Staff behaviour is very bed... Staff is egoistic & with bad mannered. Today I visited showroom. Need to improve Staff behaviour quality. As per manager my mobile no is not in found in record. After 2 to 3 attempts thyire system found my no on thair record. Nred to update your system & internet quality. As per manager its not showroom fault. And not accepting system errors. As per him customer is wrong . Wrost service ever. Very worst services worst manager and not having good skilled management service.... Giving 0 stars

The worst shop and team I have seen in my life. I got specs after long time and they mislead me to buy glasses which later created headache and a lot of problem. After consulting to doctor and other shop, I got to know that the store person took wrong measurements of my face and eyes and then delivered me faulty spectacles, which when confronted at the shop, he denied. But as per the new shop from which I bough new specs there was never a problem. So, this Titan showroom is cheat and not at all trustable. If you want reliable specs then go to Lalwani opposite to Amber Cinema. As this Titan team is incompetent with no knowledge at all.
