I went lenskart store visnagar yesterday at 8.30pm. The store was closed. Wha ke staff ne bola ki store close ho gya h aur unhone bola ki store time 11 to 9 pm h and they also misbehaved with me. I really disappointed with the lenskart and store staff.Bad experience. I never recommend lenskart to anyone.

A complete absence of quality check was clearly felt at the very first glance when the pair of eye glasses just came out of the box because it was missing one nose pad which was not even in the box and a local shop will also not charge anything for a bag which so called Lenskart is charging that also in premium range with this much bad customer service and almost no quality checks over all third class experience this time being Lenskart customer for more than 10 years never heard or seen anything like this before but now after personally feeling it definitely in need to search and switch to some another good brand.
