Extremely rude and unprofessional staff and specially owner I got my glasses done from their, there were good choices but after 2 months the frames started cracking. Got their to get it changed their staff rudely answer to our problem and handed me cheaper alternative of my choosen frame saying this is what it is take it or leave it with the same attitude and behavoir You guys need to own what you have at your shop if your product is not doing well atleast have courtsey to give customer what they paid for and not some cheap alternative.

I have been an old customer of lenskart, and was not happy with it due to poor after sell services and high prices of lenses.. Then i was suggested of this opticals, i have to say prices here are very reasonable, the quality of lenses are really good, they have very good options to choose from for lenses, frames and also sunglasses.. Staff is also very educated and well behaved.. It is probably the best opticals in nadiad and if you are looking for a new pair of glasses, surely consider for a visit..
