Shree Santram Eye Hospital jp

On March 21/2025 I had my lasik eye surgery for glass removal. Doctors and staff were great but the people who takes the case and everytime we have to through them. Two ladies and 2 men sits there and there is always a huge line. Everytime If I ask them they don't answer or just tell come life but I just want the info that doctor coming or not or small details. Last time I took a priscription eyes drops from doctor I just have to stemp from the outside case window. 2 men were just sitting calmly without doing anything. I just told them please just put the stemp sir. It was only 2 second work. The rude lady with glasses told me u have to come in line. I told I don't have problem and I didn't disturbed anyone or didn't intrup them with others. The guy who was using phone told me I have to come after 12th o clock like wow. They are not giving the instructions properly and also I was seeing they were behaving rudley to the patient who were older and didn't knew much info. Stem date 26 march So I tell other hospital staff please change the case window person they should suppose to be forever our help. Not for talk rudely to patient.

A very good eye hospital I recently did eye operation through lasic treatment I have 2-3 number in both eye now I see clear thank you santram hospital all staff members and doctor who give his best as possible in budget.the atmosphere and nature of all staff is supportive. You may be irritating while book appointments because you need to do multiple times calls as they are busy so it will disappoint me as I am from outside nadiad city Suggestions : appointment bookings process landline number change through mobile number or one separate person need to allocate for appointment purpose so it will help alot to people.

Very very bad treatment mene Lasik surgery karwaya tha after Lasik surgery mujhe dark circles hogya or doctor se jab pucha to unhone koi jawab nahi diya 😔and manegement and staff are very bad they not good treat patients and doctors also so I suggest you aap apna treatment waha nahi karwa yea and doctor are treated like this every patient are not satisfied so I think doctors are not expireanced I very disappointed thank you
