Worst lenskart Team ever I came across. Worst experience. Worst service. Dont visit new lenskart shop at Navsari.

I recently visited Lenskart and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed disengaged and didn’t assist us properly, making it feel like a self-service setup. I hope the customer service can be improved for a better experience.

Had a great experience at Lenskart! Sumit and Sanyam were extremely cooperative and guided us through the entire process with patience. They conducted a proper eye test and Sanyam helped us choose the right prescription effortlessly. Their customer service was excellent. Highly recommended just because of both of them only!

It was my first time in a showroom in navsari. It was a very good experience. Saiyam was there at the store to help me out with all the details along with some corrections in the power. I would suggest you should visit if you are looking for glasses.

Glasses are made are useless. I have made one pair of glasses somewhere else and this extra pair is no where near that glasses. I was offered refund but not new correct glasses. Giving refund is not right way to make business. Glasses are still with me
