I have visited three times after called to store incharge although store is ready to serve after 11:30 so don't go early or checking store timings online. As incharge is coming from outside hence you have to wait unnecessary. Quality of glasses also not as per the Tata company's standards. Many more to say but I suggest only one thing don't go there.
Patheric customer services. The staff is least techincal in basic adjustments in watches. They ask for unnecessary details just to avoid and waste the time of customers. I went for basic strap adjustments for whcuh
I have problem from last 4-5 days,I am facing headache and strain then I visit opthomologist and they checked my eye but there I m not fully satisfied but I visit Titan eye plus store at palanpur so they check my eye properly and guide me best specs.also Titan eye provide me free spectacle insurance for some accidental issue and also power change...and optometrist mr Rudra Pratap Singh is very co-oprative and helpful.he has help me to choose right frame and lens... I appreciate to Palanpur all staff is treat me as like family member.i suggest all of you please visit palanpur Titan eye plus store for best collect and also best service..before going in store I just thinking product is very costly but once i visit store then I m surprised I m getting my specs normal price with high quality of lens ....Thank you Titan eye plus team
