Easy way to escape by saying customer detail not found in record, I purchased prescription progressive specs few months back from Amin marg road branch, Rajkot. I was not happy with vision clarity once specs is delivered to me, so I went back to doctor and he said that there may be center alignment issue, so I went to shop and their executive suggested me to check the eye number again, I did that, number was found same, so he asked me to check the number again, but not ready to accept that mistake/error can be from their side also. I am not happy with customer service, they could have just send the specs to their lab and could have check once. Now I can say thoroughly unprofessional behaviour from your side, first you replied that my record is not found in your system thinking that who is going to know if you give this kind of professional reply, now blaming me for your error, I clearly said I checked the number twice with two different opticians after you delivered specs to me, they both said it should be centring issue, but you don't want to accept your mistake.
