Dont care about other reviews, I bought spects from lenses on 17th july 2023 and ask them to show durable unbreakable frame, Because of my carelessness frame broke but they replaced it without asking much with no cost..of course frame colour was different because same was not available as per said.

You get all you need for your spectacles need or goggles or reading glasses or contact lenses at this place. Staff is efficient having proper knowledge satisfying the need of customer. Really good place.

Lenses shop good choice for lenses and goggles and their is various types of frames but one think which i don't like about shop is they give carbon copy bill and not give certificate of authenticity of lenses and original bill it's to bad, however staff behaviour is good , when i take delivery of optics they do not check balance of frame ,i purchase HOYA glasses for my frame which cost around 1990/- they not provided certificate of authenticity .

I have been getting my specs done at Lenses and i am really very happy with the services and the courtesy extended by the staff at all times.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND BEHAVIOR. THEY ARE TAKING 3-4 DAYS TO MAKE SPECTACLES WHICH OTHERS ARE MAKING IN JUST 30 MINUTES. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR OF EXECUTIVE.
