The quality of glasses and goggles is disappointing. The materials feel cheap, and the durability is not great. Not worth the price. I would suggest to go normal shop rather than Lenskart. No doubt staff is very supporting but it doesn't mean to spend money over there.

I have purchase the glasses from online and within 3 months the colour of frame started diminishing and whole frame got spoil and I contacted the store the told me that you purchased online we canโt do anything than I have done for the replacement and pickup has been done and store credit has been generated but this happen second time with me Iโm having gold membership which is no worth so I request you to not to purchase this gold membership this is a type of scam they do and the quality of the spectacles is very bad and the quality is of glasses and material of the frame is worst and I called on the helpline number and told for the cash return the customer executive told me that once the spectacles reaches to warehouse we will give you refund from its been more than 15 days no one give back the response and not cancelling the gold membership so donโt buy the spectacles from Lenskart itโs waste of money and this happen with me second type first time glasses of the spectacles was with scratches and this type frame voluta vanished my whole green frame became black so plz do not trust on mute quality from Lenskart itโs waste of money very bad quality and worst customer response photo has been attached and this happen in whole frame worst quality not satisfied
