Poor behaviour by staff. Once your purchase done they don't even talk with you properly. Just focus on new customer. Don't answer or even think that answer give to existing customer who is there for help for pick an product.(return/replace product). I recently bought spec from there. I got it's damage they replaced it but don't even call back that your replce product it's arrived. I AM NOT GONNA RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM LENSCART.

Location:- Yagnik Road Gujarat When we visited lenskart store there is a no waiting inside the store but staff told me rudely your eye check will be after 30 minutes.... Nd we wait 20 minutes and there is a no one customer in queue but still he didn't checked my eyes nd told me wait more 30 minutes.... Staff behaviour extremely rude Service is like a street man

I recently had an eye check-up at Lenskart, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the optometrist was knowledgeable and thorough. A nice store with friendly employees and a large selection of frames from VC and JJ. The decision of Lenskart to open an offline location is commendable since it provides customers with clarification. There can be some parking issues during rush hour.

Very rude staff.I checked on internet that lense cart is good company or good staff with free home delivery but they are exact opposite.. no free home delivery and staff's rude behaviour..I feel like they are not interested in their business..i ordered my glasses on 25 dec. They said me that you'll get you glasses on 28 dec. And now they're saying that your order will ready on 31 dec. I mean they are very unresponsible.. I'll not buy my glasses form this shop now.. definitely😠
