I had gone for a routine eye checkup. I had an appointment with Dr. Tanvi. I had one of the most wonderful experience with Dr. Tanvi. Right from asking about my health and my complaints and going through the eye exam, she was very explanatory about everything. Considering that most doctors today hardly have the time to listen to a patient, Dr. Tanvi had all the time to listen to me and answer all my queries. I would definitely recommend her.

A Disappointing Experience: Carelessness and Indifference The staff's casual attitude and lack of urgency were deeply concerning, especially considering the potential emergency situation. After arriving at the hospital, we were forced to wait for nearly half an hour. Instead of attending to our urgent needs, the staff members were seen engaging in idle gossip and scrolling through their mobile phones. When we finally inquired about the situation, we were met with the dismissive response that the doctor was unavailable. Such a careless and indifferent approach to patient care is unacceptable, particularly in emergency situations. It is evident that the hospital prioritizes non-essential activities over the well-being of patients. I strongly urge the hospital administration to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that patients receive the timely and compassionate care they deserve.

As usual, superb treatment. With latest technology and advance equipments, well trained and well mannered staff, highely talented and calm doctor, makes it perfect eye care hospital. Can go without second thought and there will be no doubt for best treatment. By seeing Maheshwari Sir only one can rest assured for his/her eyes. Not listening to problem after surgery. Only interested in making money through operation and no satisfactory consultation after operation regarding any problem faced because of operation. Thus remained very bad experience.
