Had worst experience there, doctor is nice, but the way they work is really bad, i visited Dr Mukesh porwal ratina hospital, as my mother law aged 62 yes was facing issues with ratina / eyes, they have OPD & check up at second floor, when we entered, lift was not working as it was under maintenance, we had to go by stairs, after going there fan were not working, i asked staff members to switch on fan, they said mam , light nhi hai, i was like, generator- invertor , kuch laga dete the, itna bada hospital hai, patients k liye itna to kar sakte ho , and when I went inside for check up , fan was working with invertor as doctor was there, so guys is this the way you treat patients? You should give best possible service to patient as ratina issue is mainly with aged patients, they have to climb stairs for two floor, den no electricity, WORST WORST EXPERIENCE , they can use invertor for doctors, but not for patients Here I am attaching pictures & videos as well for proof, in waiting area fan was not working, in cabin fan was working 😕

Very rude staff behaviour plz not required this hospital go with other Worst experience ,had to wait long time just to meet doctor ,they cant give you a specific time ,the people sitting outside all complaining the same.thing,the staff dont answer you anything
