Awesome collection of frames and sunglass. But the main plus point of this store is their highly knowledgeable and well trained staff. They have every solution of your eyewear requirements so go and visit for a delightful experience.

Horrible experience the staff asked to pay before even proceeding with the type of lens to be fitted in the frames , they also quite repeatedly made me confirm about other pairs repair , which was tolerable , but they even told to pay before I confirm my product . Terrible experience, would never visit , I would also suggest other branches of titan over this one!

It has been an amazing experience to be at Titan Eye Plus, kotecha chow , Rajkot . I have tried out all five outlets of exclusive showrooms of Lenskart and Local optical outlets in Rajkot . My mind is marvellously clear to state that the kotecha chow Store of Titan eye plus is quintessential & and incomparable. MR.Mukesh optometrist are all very cordial and accommodating. I get the best reception and friendly advice the free eye chek up in store . and he done by proper eye test here to buy the products and . The distinctive feature of this staff is that they are always willing to offer customer services at the doorstep in case the customer is preoccupied. I am impressed with the good demeanor of all of them. One must visit this showroom to experience what I have stated. In today's world, it's customer service with a smile that is a humongous differentiator, where this store scores 20/10. Option mr. Mukesh kumar was superb , great experience with detail eye testing also thankfully with free CL trial. Staff was also very supportive. Hospitality was great and lots of variety of products. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE......

I didn't have a pleasant experience at this store. They suggested me expensive clear vision lenses and told it will be blue cut, but the lenses I received didn't pass the blue torch test. On mentioning this, they say it doesn't block blue light from torch. After spending soo much money they give all these excuses. Clear vision lenses are not worth buying. Also the spectacles were not fitting my face properly. They clearly gave low quality glasses and on reaching out back they do not answer properly.

It was wonderful experience at titan eyepuls the store manager Mr dhaval was too supportive and Mr mukesh he was so supportive in selecting the frames and his eyecheck was amazing the way he do his eye check was good and I am totally impressed by the service of Mr Mukesh and Mr dhaval thanku so much for your service. 😊😊😊😊😊
