Bhadra eye hospital recently replied to my review posted two and half year stating here is the other side of the story where he is absolutely lying about his behaviour. He was nowhere near being polite that is the whole issue . He was rude not professional and his voice and commands were very much disrespecting. Maybe for the first time he got exactly how he treats his patients. The reason my mom got angry is because he lacked basic etiquette. One who was rude and misbehaved is writing his side of story which is absolutely false and then daring to end his sentence with how patient should behave. My god you got guts to say that openly and write lie as your side story!!!! You may be a good eye doctor but until you don’t learn how to “politely talk” please see POLITELLLYYY TALK TO YOUR PATIENTS YOU FAIL AS HUMAN BEING. Your rudeness and your attitude need major help. ANYONE COMING HERE FOR REVIEW FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER EYE DOCTOR BECAUSE THIS DOCTOR HIMSELF NEED ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT AND A LOT OF SELF CHECK ON HIS ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOUR AND HOW TO POLITELY TALK TO HIS PATIENTS! Dr. Shreepal Bhatthiwala is the Best eye doctor I've known. He is doctor since 3 generations. We trust him a lot as he's highly knowledgeable and very friendly and cooperative as a professional. He's very kind and humble as a human being. I'm grateful to him for having taken care of our eye health since years now!. He's a must visit doc! Very genuinely priced services and good staff too.

It’s extremely shocking to experience such ridiculous behaviour from a doctor who claims to be in profession from last 21years! He was extremely disrespectful and very rude while talking to my mother. Upon entering every doc’s first question is “what brings you here or what is your concern” sadly that wasn’t the case with him. He handled his patient in ill mannered. Worst experience and don’t know how he is still called “doctor” no apology rather explaining his ruthless behaviour and justifying it like what the hell! How are you a doctor ??? I would highly recommend not to visit him and if anybody who reads this knows him personally he really needs help himself !! Looked like I was talking to some road side uneducated boy!

Very knowledgeable doctor, great facilities and state of the art technology/instruments, including the latest Alcon Infiniti Phacoemulsifier for cataract surgeries which only three/four opthalmologists have in entire South Gujarat! The quality of doctor is evident from the great amount of time he spends with every patient and his thorough checkup of every patient, combined with his vast knowledge and international experiences!

Dr. Bhaththiwala is very experienced and very detailed oriented. All supportive staff has well organized. The clinic is a clean place and has pleasant atmosphere.
