Really pathetic service and arrogant team there . Their only focus is on their money and expensive lenses you are going to select. Never explain the procedure or effect of lenses just gives you 10 mins to decide . And even don’t listen to patient’s complaint . Doctor hardly see for 10 secs in follow ups and their team never allow to ask any question . If you complain anything it won’t be their fault and they had never touch that part of eye where you are complaining . Better to go some young and dynamic surgeon then this so called experience one .

Doctors behaviour was worst.The language he is used was totally rubbish, arrogance, no sense of talking with women though half of staff that surrounds him are women, hardly listen to your problems and if you say your complaints he starts to insult you. He need some classes to learn how to talk and consult patients.

Poor behavior by the workers. They refuse to accept online payments and demand that we either give them change or wait for it. Asking them to at least accept online payments is the rudest thing you can do. Additionally, when you request the bill, they act as like you are requesting their kidneys. A well-known and excellent physician with such awful staff and policies!

Recently,I got my mother's eye surgery done. She had problems in seeing but the surgery went very well and now she is not having any problems seeing. Dr. Sanjay M Savani (M.S.ophthal) Savani Eye Hospital(Surat,Gujarat). He is very simple and gentle in his behavior. He will give sufficient time to each patient. He studies the patient and disease meticulously. We can freely interact with the doctor. He prefers surgery when it is very much required only. I never found commercial nature in him.He is very good doctor, dedicated towards his proffetion and always cares his patients.The way he handles the patient is very much impressive. Overall very rare kind of doctor among present generation doctors. Thanks to team Savani Eye Hospital and specially thanks to Dr. Sanjay M Savani 🙏
