Visited the newly opened Lenskart store in Surendranagar for my parents and had a great experience. The store offers a wide variety of frames and lenses. Mr. Rahiz assisted us with excellent patience, from the eye test to selecting the right lenses, which was truly appreciated. I'm very happy with the service provided. The pricing is moderate; however, it would be great if the store could also stock some budget-friendly frames that are available online, as this would help customers looking for more affordable options. The employee's behavior towards the ladies customer was completely unacceptable, displaying a blatant disregard for basic customer service etiquette. The rude tone, unprofessional language, and dismissive attitude not only made the customer feel disrespected but also reflected poorly on the company. Such behavior is unbecoming and can have serious consequences, including loss of customer trust and loyalty.

I'm reporting a concerning incident at the Surendranagar Lenskart branch on April 14, 2025 - around 8:45 P.M where an employe spoke rudely to a ladies customer in front of 10 coustomers were presented at that time. This behavior damages the company's reputation and can lead to customer loss, negative reviews, and morale issues. I request immediate action to address this issue.
