One of the worst and pathetic service in Baroda. Staff members neither care about patients nor value about their time. When you book the appointment 1 day back and reach to hospital and come to know that doctor is in operation theatre and you might need to wait for hour or come later. Isn't it your responsibility that Staff member or repesentative should call and inform to reshresche the appointment. Interesting part would be when you complain staff member regarding this they scream and argue with you rather than listen to your problem and inconvenience you are facing. The only reason I posted this review coz I faced same issue thrixe. I would love to give less than 1 star for service, careless, behaviour and guidance. Not recommended for any kind of issue regarding eye problems...

Came to the clinic after having consulted other doctors. Best decision made, Dr. Rajshree talks the talk and is on point about diagnosis and cost. Highest respect for the doc.!

Worst experience had suggested 10000 ₹ treatment expenses for minor problem of eyes which I had cure 400₹from good doctor.not given basic medicines at first visit only money maker worst worst doctor do not have basic knowledge of medicine to suggest patients.only cut patients financially. Supprise if she has done her degree or not... after consulting her gon in depression about my eye thank god took second opinion of other doctors.otherwiseshe is ready to do 10000₹surgery on my eyes god knows what she is going to do.

I want to share two of my experiences here. One in 2016 when I got my eyes tested & operated by Dr.Rajashree Arora The operation was so fine and accurate that I never ever had even smallest of issues with my eyes. Thanks to Dr.Rajashree an excellent & experienced retina surgeon. Second when I admitted my uncle for surgery he got cured very fast in spite of having several other health issues. He still remembers the great care taken by the staff at Nishtha Retina & Dr.Rajashree Thanks with highest regards.

She is very good ophthalmology (Eye Doctor) very co.operative Dr.Rajshree.Arora.. Treatment is very good & her staff is also very good.excellent experience and satisfied take fees.she is our city's best retina surgeon.My best suggestions for all retina's patient.
