Titan Eye+ at Karelibaugh, Vadodara

No proper knowledge about the customers need.. they just show and tell about things which they know.. when you go to buy you will see amazing attitude as if they are having all the knowledge of the world.. but when you go for the pick up everyone is cold and not bothered to answer.. aaj kal toh yehi chalta hai is the answer...so we have to wear what aaj kal chalta hai and not what is comfortable and of our choice.. wont recommend this store to anyone.. 👎🏻

People are very rude. Dont care if you have not bought glasses from their store. I went for service of frame which is bought from another titan eye store. They behaved very rude. Please ignore this store there are many other titan eye stores in vadodara.

Worst experience from the first buy itself. The spectacles frame broke in hardly 6 months. They took it for repair for 3days but again it broke in 15 days, these disgusting guys are not ready to listen anything & blaming us by saying that its broken due to pulling, And as they are saying as if showing favour by providing service, when I went to pick it up today after repair for 3 days the frame broke in front if them there itself. I feel they are not having any kind of service done from a professional & having a very good skill of defending there wrong work & service. Which again is making the company reputation worst.

Glasses arrived relatively quickly. They came out exactly as expected. Everything fits great, a couple are a little too snug behind my ears but that's fixable. Loved the glasses! Great selection with affordable prices. Overall everything is excellent

Very unprofessional people. At the time of taking order they will flatter you with their marketing skills but when you go for complaining, real face will be seen. I had bought a spec for my wife & we were told so many things about the product but within 6 months glass developed Crack near screw. Means, at the time of tightening the screw (while making) more pressure was given which developed the Crack later. It has nothing to do with handling. Although they are not ready to accept their fault. I think small vendor might be better than this brand. We are really unhappy with Titan & decided not to buy any TATA product.

Services are very good. All are very helpful. I bought a glass with frame. The frame color was getting defected. After one year I complained. Then my frame was replaced by new one even warranty period ended. I am very much satisfied. I strongly recommend Titan eye plus to all.

Extremely poor service. No one was available to show me glasses. Employee says it's lunch time all taking lunch. Agreed it's lunch time but having 3 employees taking lunch together and suffering customers. Can't wait half an hour for lunch. They have to coordinate their time. I simply left without buying because employee was so rude behavior.

We purchased specs worth rs 50,000 last year. they told its of platinum, now when it broke into 2 pieces they are telling thai it must be beacause of pressure .... Now u guys tell me face pe specs pehenge to pressure kaha se ayega?? While sleeping also we keep specs aside. They are not even care for customer.... Not proper service.... So giving just 1 star
