Very bad experience , purchasing at Titan world store, Manjalpur. No dought staff is good. But in April 24 I purchased eyeware for me & my spouse. At that time some offer prevails, so I get my frame im@ 40% discounted price for rs.1500. But the quality of frame was so much poor that within 2 months it's colour coating going to remove from frame. When I asked in store, they told that some time due to acidic swap, coating remove in some cases. But this statement they told us prior to purchase to every customer . & 2nd thing this kind of quality we doesn't expect from Tata group company. & Due to warranty they give me replacement of only frame & not glasses, due to which I have to compromise with choice. & Main thing is I have to purchased frame without offer, which actually I will get minimum 20% discount offer. So in future I will choose different brand instead of Tata's Titan group co. Again I told that such inferior quality not expected from Titan.
