Titan Eye+ at Race Course Road, Baroda

I been dedicated to titan .. since 2007 today I visited store & after decided I need to buy most expensive progressive prescriptions glasses .. I asked for specs & discounts for which store person me Haresh refuse to show me specs and the detail’s then I said let me look do google search & he said not to open mobile and check .. who is he to inform me what am suppose to do when we asked to share you refused at first pace . I am very much surprised with kind of mind set this person has been recruited for such job , such kind of people damages the customer relationships and it’s very bad for titan over all. Mr Haresh is rude & totally unprofessional for his attitude & such kind of people should not be front face of any shop.

We bought frame and also got done the lens but twice while on ordering & on collecting lens, we had to wait as the entire staff of 3 at counter had gone for lunch for about an hour. The middle aged gentleman is the only courteous person at the showroom - however he was not allowed to work at counter. So there was nobody at counter and customers have to wait which was strange. Counter person should stagger the lunch so that someone is always available at counter. Also counter person should learn how to be courteous as they were arrogant and were not ready to stagger their lunch, but instead told us to go and come after 30 min.

I was told that I will get a pack of 30 lens for a given price, but they cheated and gave me only 5 pack for the same amount. Horrible people, only looking to make money. Worst experience ever. You will get cheated.

Staff behaviour was excellent, I purchased sonata watch' from there even on invoice not mentioned buyers name and I want invoice in gmail but she refused to send it....

Absolutely fantastic experience. First time for my prescription glasses made at Titan and couldn't have had a better first time experience. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable and provided optimal advice. No over selling or undue promises. They committed the delivery within 15 working days and delivered the glasses within 10. That's a WOW customer experience. 100% recommended.
