Staff here would not care to attend you, I went there twice. Both the times I had same experience, they are least interested in explaining to you about the offers. Pathetic...... The sales guy told me "THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" without explaining me the policy, he was standing there simply like a statue when I was looking around.NOT EXPECTED FROM SUCH BRAND (DISAPPOINTED).

Great service, good behaviour of staffs

Very poor staff! Only two ladies were there and they very not helpful at all and looked very unconcerned and no invitefull if you take more then 20 min for choosing the frame then she will starts giving the looks!! Very shamefull uninvited staff and service! Please look at this #lenskart

Male staff who attended my Western colleague was checking the eyes & later we asked him to show frames & he was showing but as soon as another ladies came in he switched over & made us wait . After sometime I asked & he said almost done. I’ll attend & he was busy with them for long. I said it’s not done , we are leaving. He said ok & when we were out, I looked back & he was laughing with other ladies. Very Bad Impression. Will never visit Again.
