21st Century Hospital | Vapi

Overall we had great experience. Thanks a lot to the whole team of doctors, nurses, sisters, other staff of the 21 st Century Hospital Vapi. Medical treatment was very good, and so was the behavior of the staff. They were very polite and prompt in helping. Some improvements need to be done in housekeeping which we have explained to the staff. I am confident that the management will do the needful. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Aditi nadkarni. The appointment felt rushed, and I didn’t feel heard or respected when I brought up my concerns. She seemed dismissive and did not take the time to explain the procedures or options clearly. I left the clinic feeling more anxious . I understand doctors are busy, but compassion and clear communication are essential—especially in gynaecology. I would not recommend this I had very bad experience.

What do you expect from Doctors or Hospitals? All that whatever you want or expect this hospital is complete package for same .They don’t only say what you need to do but they also explain why it needs to be done without any greed. Hospital & Doctors professionalism is at peak , cleanliness I would rate 4 out of 5 , fees and other charges is as per today’s medical scenario,hassle free cashless mediclaim, Rooms for all categories of people . Dr. Vaibhav is just phenomenal with his profession and he does his best , rest definitely we have to wait for almighty . My wife Neha and I have visited all over fromMumbai to Vapi but were not disappointed at all . Infact discharge took some time so we got late evening discharge but they were kind enough to understand the things as again way back road driving night with patient would have been difficult , so they allowed us to carry on rooms for next day also.

The hospital is situated very close to the highway and is at a walkable distance from vapi station. The hospital is only good from outside but the staff is pathetic and worse. The after care patients which are very essential and necessary are not up to the mark. ICU which is supposed to be very calm and quiet the staff sit inside making a round table conference.

Dr Nadkarni was best choice we made. Best Doctor & Caring,Experienced & Responsible staff. Clean, well maintained rooms. Fully equipped hospital.

All doctors are very good. The hospital is very clean And the food is very good too And all the staff pay a lot of attention everything is good

My wife admitted here and delivered baby. Hospital staff is well trained and skilled for their tasks. The behaviour of staff was so co operative and polite in nature .Good housekeeping and cleaning observed in reception, bathroom, toilets, inside lift, corners in staircase, my room was so clean and the same was maintaining all the time even at night also. Dr. Vaibhav sir was my treating doctor. i impressed the way he is dealing with patients always stay cool and calm and very serious for his responsibilities. Overall i am delighted for the services rendered by this hospital during stay. Thanks to team of 21st century. Keep it up 👍👍
