The doctor is excellent—highly skilled and problem-solving. However, the front desk staff's unprofessional behavior and poor management cause unnecessary delays. I urge the doctor to address this for a better patient experience.

Time given at 11 o'clock and kept sitting for hours. No one cares so much that the doctor should come on time.

Personally Doctor is very good, well experienced, and problem solving, but staff ..who seat outside are very rude, they dnt even talk to u properly and act like boss, failed to manage patients which leads to over extra time for appointments. I request to doctor please work on that ...otherwise all good

The service was good the waiting time was a Little long as a doctor has to come at there routine although the whole place and the doctor were good, consider visting

Waiting time is huge, as it is crowded most of the times. The staff behaviour should be improved. The doctor is experienced and knows his job well, but can be more polite to patients. Overall a good hospital but the fees is High as compared to other eye hospitals n Vapi. #Hospital

Skilled and confident and Doctor, My Dad whis in 75 yrs is on Dialysis since last 11 years, he had Catract and operation was need. In vapi I have consultanted 4-5 eyes doctor. Some were greedy and some didn't have the basic knowledge of what Dialysis is for.. They mixed it with diabetes. Then I came to know about Dr. Pant. We got both eyes operated in weeks interval and both are perfect now. Dr. Pant followed the same procedure which was followed at the time of bypass operation and neither he stop any of his regular medicine nor gave and oral medicine.. Thanks a lot for Brilliant surgery

High cost , second thing is staff behaviour is not good they are rude.doctor have another level of attitude " his treatment was not good, painfull surgery as well not proper treatment of your problem. Very bad experience.
