After sale service is very poor, even after being a loyal customer and buying their immense amount of all ranges of their products. Their high range products wear out within two years even if kept in a very mint condition. It's a overpriced waste product to buy and the things which are in warranty for life time. if you tell them to repair it they say it can't be repair and buy a new one. Very disrespectful behaviour of their staff in chala vapi branch

I have been a regular customer at lenskart. My yesterday's experience has not been good at Chala Vapi. I wanted to make new glasses as I had lost my previous glasses which were from Lenskart. The attendant at lenskart didn't show much interest in discussing/showing things and was rather sarcastic and disrespectful also not open for any feedback about the quality of the product. I really didn't expect this kind of approach with the customer. I have decided not to buy any glasses from lenskart ever again with this kind of approach.
