Dr Amit Gupta and his staff is so humble. Me and my kid (3year) went for eye checkup and his team treated us so well. The doctor didn’t scare us by saying that we are not taking good care of our child. He checked my kido and explained me very well about his eye infection. Overall experience was great.

Very poor experience of patients handling. Patient got puzzled after he/she got registration no update at all about their appointment. If someone ask the staff deputed over there they didn't respond at all just say wait. Their should be some token system that should be trackerable while displaying on the screen in the waiting area so that patient can be addressed in better way. They can check when there turn can come. Administration look into the same while treating the patients by doctors.
