I went to Dr Keerti for my eye-examination after my Appeal medical board from Army hospital 🥹 I went there to take suggestion from mam in this regards bcz one of my relative told me that mam had also served in indian army. She is very humble nature lady , listens all my queries calmly and provide treatment accordingly. Sach mein mam se milke kafi accha lga 🌝 Also help desk akansha dii is so nice , she helps me alot while choosing my eyeglasses and she makes a perfect spex for me . Overall my experience is good. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Eye Max Hospital in Bahadurgarh. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was dismissive and rude. The lady at the desk exhibited a shocking level of arrogance during our conversation, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. It is very difficult for me to re-visit again for this hospital after such a arrogant behaviour. There is no option of zero star, otherwise i would give zero.

Hospital is good having a nice infrastructure. Dr. Keerti is very knowledgeable doctor. She listens to her patients carefully about their complaints and does a very detailed examination of eyes and suggests her patients accordingly. Hospital staff is also cooperative... Keep up the good work guys!
