First visit - Good experience with attentive staff and eye testing was done with a lot of patience and in detail. very impressed. Second visit- Visited for returning the item and a different store associate was rude and when confronted, was like its his way of handling customer.. In all, mixed experience.

Very Late Delivery. Bro don't even get me started. I had ordered a lens change for my specs from here. For the item to go to the warehouse (in gurgaon) and come back it took 10 days! You lot should understand that people who use power lenses cannot stay without glasses for that long. I couldn't get my work done in time and I faced frequent headaches. The store had to courier the item to another state because of this as I had went for an official trip. Even then it took a total of 19 days to get my hands on my glasses. I definitely admire the quality of the product. But you need to make the delivery done right. Regards
