Bad quality lens and also return exchange not provided by Lenskart. If I had bought from a local store, i would have bought 4 pairs in pricing of one and now I'm regretting this. Return request rejected by Lenskart and I'm seeing blur in new eyeglasses bought from Lenskart. Staff told lenses takes time to adjust, 10-15 days in young and approx 1 month old. I thought these were some special lenses, so agreed. After few days nothing improved, so I visited store; now they told return replacement period of 10 days is over. I shown on app that it's till 29 marcha nd raised return request in app. Store executive put return request in system and that got rejected. Finally now I decided, I won't visit Lenskart again

Best In class service all the employees were very polite even in any situation and very friendly and the store environment was very postive and the service they offered was incomparable and the employees were understanding too Would love to visit again 😄😄😄

The lenses are not getting set from right side, visited twice the store but staff providing no solution saying that buy new frame,only can visit for amendment of spectacle,moreover alignment is not ok.feeling cheated as lost rs 8000.still have to visit another shop for the settlement of specs
