Worst and rude staff. Their body language is so rough no courtesy forr customers who come for a service only interested in entertaining customers who are three to purchase. Misbehaved and owner is also least bothered. Visited lenskart in sector 15 and they were so polite and courteous and did it in 5 mins. Shame on Batla opticals

Bathla Optics is more like a family now. The trust was built on the top grade service and quality that Mr. Krishan Bathla and his team provide. Even though I haven't been in India for the last few years, I still use their products/services which they gladly ship to me overseas. Been a happy customer for 20 satisfying years and will continue to do so.

I would give this place 0 stars. People who work here think they know it all and are extremely rude toward customers when the owner is not around. Also, They believe themselves to be such giants that they have a ego problem against Lenskart. They refuse to help customers who have lens kart frame/glasses and turn away customers ( who are there to pay for the service ). The shop owner is lucky that he has this shop at this prime location which was provided to him by a BJP leader because the neta wanted to have the entire Sagar cinema complex( that's where Bathla Opticals was situated earlier). MUST AVOID UNTIL THEY TEACH THERE STAFF SOME MANNERS.
