I recently underwent LASIK Contoura surgery at Center for Sight, Faridabad, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the very first consultation to the post-surgery follow-up, everything was handled professionally and with great care. A special thanks to Smita Mam for her expertise, guidance, and the personalized attention she provided throughout the process. She made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff at the center was also fantastic—very courteous, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries. The overall environment is welcoming, and I felt well taken care of at all times. I highly recommend Center for Sight, Faridabad, especially if you are considering LASIK surgery. Center for Sight is a good place to be for eye related problems, centre for sight has many branches but this is located in sector 16 Faridabad near Hanuman Mandir or next to Doctor Madhukant's Clinic ... You can reach share by using Delhi metro services , old Faridabad metro station is the stop to get down and to reach centre for sight which is hardly 500 m from old Faridabad metro station .. you can come here by using public transport like buses or shared auto also ... It will be advisable if you take prior appointment in the morning over the phone because they will give you the exact time and doctor's name where you need to go to get your eyes checked ... Hospital opens 9:00 a.m. in the morning ....

I express my deep dissatisfaction with the highly unethical and unprofessional practices at CFS Faridabad centre, which I recently experienced first-hand. My suggestion to those who are planning to get treatment in the Faridabad centre of Centre for Sight is that you first read the critical reviews of the patients who have got tests or surgery done in this centre, and faced many problems. I made the mistake of not going through these reviews and went by their large advertisements alone. I am summarising some of these comments below. 1. Visit only If you have whole day and want to experience govt. hospital facilities 2. Cleanliness and hygiene issues in their OT and change room at 2nd floor. Linen and curtains were very dirty 3. Patients are made to undergo tests which are not required. The reason for tests is not explained 4. They charge Rs. 4000 for a test which costs Rs. 1500 in other clinics I visited the facility due to persistent watering in my eyes. During the preliminary examination, the IOP was recorded as 19 mmHg in my left eye and 18 mmHg in my right eye—both well below the standard glaucoma threshold of 21 mmHg. Despite this, CFS doctor prescribed three unnecessary tests—Fields test, OCT, and Pachymetry—without any valid clinical justification. Based on his recommendation, I paid ₹8,180 for these tests. Upon receiving the reports, I sought a second opinion from my daughter, a Clinical Director at NHS UK, and also consulted a renowned eye surgeon. Both confirmed that these tests were completely unwarranted. These procedures are only necessary when the IOP consistently exceeds 22 mmHg. CFS Faridabad conducted unnecessary tests purely for financial gain, which is both unethical and exploitative. As mentioned earlier, according to the reviews posted on Google, many patients have faced similar unethical treatment at the Faridabad centre. It is evident that this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of malpractice, which is seriously damaging the reputation of Centre for Sight. My aim of sharing my detailed experience on Google reviews and social media platforms is to caution other patients. Such unfortunate experiences get shared fast through the word of mouth. I trust that Centre for Sight’s top management values its reputation and prioritizes patient well-being over profit and will take corrective action urgently. P.S. After posting my review, they posted a standard reply asking for more details. They have all my details. I have been in touch with their marketing executive Mr. Sanjay Prasad. Not so good experience, Waiting time is too much, we are spending so much money to save time ,but they are making us wait like we are getting free service,For cataract surgery called at 10.15 and discharged at 7 pm for 72 yr old woman. For repeat visit after one week also same situation. We may search other options when we have to spend money or we can move toward Govt Hospital if we have to wait that much. For second eye cataract we may not come to centre for sight

I have visited for Dr consultantion on 16th Jan and believe me, from the very first opinion to surgery next day on 17th. All these things went quick and smooth. Cab facility provided to Delhi centre as well. I am very delighted to have my surgery done here. Dr Smita mam was very interactive and was clearing my doubts related to this surgery. Tpa process was smooth. All went well and now my eyesight no. 0 from -8. All thanks to the CFS team.

Recently got my eye operated here for cataract treatment. Operation was done by Dr Ms Smita Kapoor. As per my observation she was a Most capable and knowledge able doctor. I was very much impressed with her positive attitude and lovely behavior. Besides doctor all other supported staff was of high standards.
