Dr. Bharti Gupta

My father had cataract surgery from Dr. BHARTI. But even after surgery vision wasn't improved. Infact it degraded further. While doctor asked him to have patience for 4-6 weeks. It was causing significant eye pain and redness. we reach out doctor weekly. But after a month, doctor gave up and he mentioned that the problem is somewhere else. He denied any mishappening in operation procedure and blamed it was there way before operation. I have heard reviews from other relatives as well that and they also have similar bad experiences. I am not sure about other procedures, but for cataract I don't recommend anyone for this doctor. My conclusion with this doctor is that they have lacking knowledge of comprehensive diagnosis before recommending anyone for proceeding for cataract operation. Secondly their doctor staff who operate are not having experience in handling someones eye with utmost care. My father complaint about putting a lot of pressure on eye while operating. Hearing a lot of negative reviews from nearby knowns and my own experience has made a conclusion of big No.

I recently got my lasik treatment from Dr. bharti gupta. I was wearing glasses from 6th standard and after the next day of the surgery i was surprised that i could see clearly. You will have little eye strain which i assumed will go in few weeks. Otherwise the surgery went smooth

The hospital staff is very friendly and supportive, always giving their best to help you, especially Mr. Ankush. When visiting the hospital, be sure to meet Ankush first; he will guide you properly. Additionally, after LASIK surgery, they also gift a Bhagavad Gita book, which is a nice touch.

Doctor's behaviour was quite harsh n rude, first they gave me wrong eye test number which makes my eyes swollen for almost 6 days. Instead of resolving my issue doctor clearly stated me ( Hame nhi pata kb thik hoga)
