Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Crown Interiorz Mall, Faridabad

Vishnu, a sales representative at Lenskart, Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Road, Faridabad (Haryana), is a very nice person who explains to customers all the features and other aspects of a product. He well deserves appreciation and acknowledgement. But Lenskart policies are faulty where no certified written assurance is provided to customers about a product. I purchased spectacles with a lens worth ₹11,500 (Owndays Japan Wide Corridor) and a Frame worth ₹3,000 i.e. total purchase of ₹14,500. I demanded from the manager of this outlet a written certified paper which mentions the features of this high quality lens. The manager of this outlet refused to provide me with any such document. He simply said that everything was mentioned on the website of Lenskart. I encountered him by saying that whatever text of such features was available on the website of Lenskart, it was in the control of only Lenskart and it could be changed overnight by Lenskart because Lenskart was the administrator of its website. There was nothing with me. When I am purchasing a product of such high value, I must have some document certified by Lenskart or Lenskart Authorised Outlet so that in case of any dispute, I must have something in my control and in my hand. But the manager of this outlet didn't honour my logical arguments. So, Lenskart must change its policies and adhere to fair, reasonable, transparent and just processes by providing to customers certified documents which mentions specifications of the product being sold. It will truly help Lenskart to become even a bigger brand.

He was extremely helpful and guided me patiently through the process of selecting the best lenses and frame to suit my needs. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
