Dr. Keshav Kumar Agarwal of Satya Eyecare clinic in Ashoka enclave Faridabad is the worst doctor ever..Please beware of such doctors.. A doctor who cannot even treat a basic eye infection,I wonder how he calls himself eye specialist...here is my story .. I went to him with a bacterial eye infection..after diagnosing it , he prescribed me eye drops..I asked him since it's bacterial infection , will he not prescribe oral anti-biotics?? He said no need..just put the eye drops for 5 days.. After 3 days ..I came back n told him , the drops were ineffective and the infection had gone in the upper lid as well..I asked again if anti-biotics should be given.. Again he said ,no need ,just keep putting the eye drops for 5 more days..I trusted the doctor and followed suit.. After 4 days , my bacterial infection spread to my whole eye- upper lid and lower lid both..I had severe swelling and pain , and multiple styes in the eye .. Then I decided to go to another eye specialist and the other doctor was shocked at his negligence of not giving me antibiotics and making the minor infection spread to my whole eye and making it chronic..the other doctor then had to put me on strong anti-biotic medication course and prolonged treatment to undo the wrong..I had to suffer so much coz of this doctor's negligence .. After telling what he had done with me and my eye, he lamely said that he was waiting for bacterial infection to grow first and only then he would give antibiotics..which is like saying let the disease become chronic first and then only start the treatment.. His attitude was indifferent ..and refused to even acknowledge his blunder saying lame things.. Such doctors who claim to be eye specialists but don't even know how to treat an eye infection must actually not be allowed to function..their licenses should be cancelled ..they are actually playing with lives of innocent patients who trust doctors blindly .. Do not make the mistake of going to him for treatment..Issued in public interest !! Beware !!

A very good hospital all the staff are very welcoming and doctor is very friendly. Clean surrounding and the facilities are good
