Titan Eye+ at Sec-15, Faridabad

Had a great experience at the Titan store in Sector 15! The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The store had a great ambiance, and the service was prompt. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I know Tata ...and very high respect for the quality of their producs and their amazing talent. However today I had a horrible experience at their Faridabad se ctor 15 branch. I was truly shocked by the absolutely anti-customer attitude. My niece who had selected the frame and lenses left without buying because of such cold attitude and such hot showroom temperature - a.c. was not working. The staff had the attitude- take it or leave it. Myself being shareholder of Titan , was shocked to see my company is losing customers without any remorse. Mr Mohit who we were interacting with had no regret and he made it very obvious- if longtime customers leave without buying. I am deeply saddened by "my company " losing customers and not even worried about it. It seems the staff had no training at all ...or totally unmotivated. Not sure if we will ever enter that outlet.

Excellent service and great range of products

Excellent customer service by Sandeep Kumar. I walked in for an eye exam without any appointment. Sandeep kumar attended me very well and conducted a hassle free eye examination within minutes. Because of my travel plans, I needed my glasses the same day. He told me he will have the glasses delivered to my house by midnight whereas all the other shops needed atleast 72 hours. Sandeep went above and beyond, and personally hand delivered me the glasses well before the time he promised. This has to be one of best and quite an example of a high quality customer service I have experienced. I highly recommend everyone to see sandeep next time you go there.

Great experience! When I went to the store, ,Mohit Maheshwari He's amazing, very knowledgeable, and knows exactly what customers need. He handled my visit professionally and expertly. I got two pairs of glasses from Titan Eye Plus vasant kunj Branch in Jan2024. However, when I returned to the USA, I realized there was an issue with my Montblanc frames affecting my distance vision. After three months, I came back to India and visited Titan Eye Plus Sector 15 branch in Faridabad. There, I met Mr. Mohit Maheshwari. He listened to my problems carefully and quickly resolved the issue. Like some alignment in specs required as per my need I'm grateful to Mr. Mohit Maheshwari and his store manager for ensuring smooth delivery within the promised time and for staying in touch throughout. Excellent experience very trained and well groomed staff with good knowledge. Store was very well decorated and cleaned and the best part was one can roam and see almost every specs available there . Staff was well mannered and confirmed me each detail about specs, insurance, cash back scheme, discount .
